Join Tracey and Kate for a restorative morning retreat which blends mindful yoga, breathwork, and the healing vibrations of a sound bath to support the enteric nervous system—the intricate network of neurons within the digestive system often known as the body’s 'second brain'.
Through gentle movement, conscious breathing, and immersive sound, you’ll be guided to reconnect with your gut–brain connection, cultivate calm, and create space for balance and renewal. Explore practices designed to encourage relaxation, enhance body awareness, and support the nervous system’s natural rhythms.
Leave feeling grounded, centred, and replenished — carrying a deeper sense of connection between body, mind, and inner wellbeing.

Together, Tracey Strudwick of Plum Retreats and Kate of Whorl of Sound will guide you through a carefully curated programme designed to restore your inner balance and sense of wellbeing.
In our time together you’ll experience:
• Slow, intentional yoga to release stored tension
• Breathwork practices that invite calm and relaxation
• A deeply immersive crystal bowl sound bath with therapeutic frequencies
The flow of the morning
9.00am – Arrival & Welcome Tea
Arrive gently. Settle. Take in the lake. No rush.
9.30–11.00am – Energising, mindful yoga
Designed to encourage a calmer 'rest and digest' state, and support healthy digestive rhythms.
11.00–11.30am – Tea and snacks
11.30–12.30pm – Crystal Sound Immersion
Kate will guide a vagal toning journey including crystal singing bowls tuned for heart coherence before relaxing into a deeply restorative sound bath.
