Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa Flow is a style of yoga in which you move through a continuous series of poses in a fluid sequence. The focus of the practice is on transition and movement coordinated with the breath. The practice can be fast and physically challenging or slow and gentle and can be modified for all levels and abilities.
Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga is a generic term referring to any type of yoga teaching physical postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), and meditation. With this type of yoga, you move your body slowly and mindfully into positions that challenge your strength and flexibility, while focusing on breathing and relaxation. Hatha yoga is an excellent choice for beginners, helping to develop and deepen understanding of the different postures.
Ashtanga Yoga
Ashtanga Yoga is set series of standing and seated postures.
The physical ashtanga practice synchronises breath, asana and drishti (gaze point) to create a dynamic sequence and build an internal heat.
